Honduran rosewood burl is know for its extreme figure and colors and fetch a premium price for figured pieces. Fordite is paint over-spray that builds up on the walls of paint booths. This particular piece is from the Corvette plant in Bowling Green, KY and the layers of the traditional body colors can be seen throughout the pen. The pen also has a custom center band made from a matching piece of fordite. The high end rhodium plating will last forever. A very well balanced pen to write with and the cap is non-postable. One rollerball refill is included with the pen.
